Dog Walking Questions

We have two type of packages: one of them is individual, it is perfect for dogs who need more attention or who doesn't like to walk with others. We also provide group walks, where we are walking with maximum 3 dogs at a time. This is perfect for socialisation, so the dogs can be friends easily.
It depends on your dog and your requirements. Generally we walk your dog in the neighbourhood, visiting his/her favourite places. We use sidewalks whenever possible, and avoid busy streets and intersections. Also we often visit parks like the Hyde Park, so the dogs have more free space to run.
Our dog walks are either 30 minutes or 1 hour long. We never cut the the time.
Most of our clients feel comfortable sharing a set of keys with us, so we can collect and drop-off your dog even if you are not home. Your key will always be kept in a safe and secure place.
Yes, regular exercise is vital for your dog’s wellbeing. Dogs need walks in any weather conditions! 🙂
If you have more than one dog in your household, we can walk them together upon request. We give discount for additional dogs from the same home. Just enquire about the total price.
We usually walk our dogs on-leash. To ensure the safety of your dog, we don't recommend any off-leash activities in the streets of London. However if you want, we often visit dog friendly parks, where your pup can run off-leash.
We believe in providing a personalized and flexible dog walking service that meets the unique needs of our clients and their pups. That's why we offer a pick-up and drop-off service on foot, rather than with a van as we understand that some dogs may feel anxious or uncomfortable being transported in the back of a dark van.

Doggy Daycare Questions

You can if you want, but don't need. For your convenience, our price includes pick-ups and drop-offs at a pre-arranged time.
Generally we can pick up your dog between 8am and 10am, and drop-off between 4pm and 6pm, but we try to be flexible about it.
Your dog will have plenty of activities including playtime and walking, socialising with our other guests and with us, also plenty of rest.

Of course not! We spend extra time socialising shy dogs so that they may fully enjoy their day. Our guests will receive attention, exercise, and love they need. You dog could be much more confident after spending time with us.

Dog Boarding Questions

Yes, we ask you to provide food, bedding, or any other items, favourite toys their pet may require on their stay. However we are equipped with dog beds and toys. We can feed your pup with premium, grain free dry food (Canagan) for an optional fee.

Dogs live in the moment and as soon as you are out of sight, your pets are distracted by the activities we provide them. Your dog is constantly stimulated by new smells, sounds, sights, activities and new doggy friends. Their holiday will be much the same as yours and they will be very happy to see you when you get back.

Pet Sitting Questions

No, for dogs we require at least two visits per day and at least one visit per day for cats. We don't skip days.
