With the coronavirus affecting communities and families all over London and worldwide, our main priority is the safety of our clients, their dogs and our walkers of course. We offer contactless pick-ups and drop-offs and wearing gloves and face mask. During the walks, we always maintain social distancing.
Paws of London provides customised pet care services including: dog walking, doggy daycare, dog boarding, car sitting, puppy training and pet transport. We offer services to cover everything you need. Whatever the reason, you can count on us!
Just contact us in your preferred way (email, text, WhatsApp, phone) and let us know your requirements, so we can get back to you with more details. Send email to email@example.com or our phone number is 0749 6666 270.
We understand that plans change. Please let us know by text, email or phone call as soon as possible. With notice of more than 24 hours, you receive a full refund, otherwise the missed walk will we be charged at the full rate.
We have two type of packages: one of them is individual, it is perfect for dogs who need more attention or who doesn't like to walk with others. We also provide group walks, where we are walking with maximum 3 dogs at a time. This is perfect for socialisation, so the dogs can be friends easily.
It depends on your dog and your requirements. Generally we walk your dog in the neighbourhood, visiting his/her favourite places. We use sidewalks whenever possible, and avoid busy streets and intersections. Also we often visit parks like the Hyde Park, so the dogs have more free space to run.
We usually walk our dogs on-leash. To ensure the safety of your dog, we don't recommend any off-leash activities in the streets of London. However if you want, we often visit dog friendly parks, where your pup can run off-leash.
We believe in providing a personalized and flexible dog walking service that meets the unique needs of our clients and their pups. That's why we offer a pick-up and drop-off service on foot, rather than with a van as we understand that some dogs may feel anxious or uncomfortable being transported in the back of a dark van.
Of course not! We spend extra time socialising shy dogs so that they may fully enjoy their day. Our guests will receive attention, exercise, and love they need. You dog could be much more confident after spending time with us.
Yes, we ask you to provide food, bedding, or any other items, favourite toys their pet may require on their stay. However we are equipped with dog beds and toys. We can feed your pup with premium, grain free dry food (Canagan) for an optional fee.
Dogs live in the moment and as soon as you are out of sight, your pets are distracted by the activities we provide them. Your dog is constantly stimulated by new smells, sounds, sights, activities and new doggy friends. Their holiday will be much the same as yours and they will be very happy to see you when you get back.
No, for dogs we require at least two visits per day and at least one visit per day for cats. We don't skip days.

Adrienne is very nice and friendly. She is great with my cats- one of them can sometimes be difficult, but he liked her instantly. She even sent me pictures of my cats while I was out of town so I knew they were ok. Adrienne is easy to work with, she is responsive, on time, and dependable- I’d definitely recommend her for cat sitting!
